Torquato Cardilli

Torquato Cardilli, (born November 24, 1942) in L'Aquila province of Italy.[1]University of Naples. He was first appointed at the Italian Foreign Ministry’s political office in 1967 and is still in service. Cardilli graduated with a degree in oriental culture and languages from the
